Sauna

After a few months of sauna plus cold bath contrast therapy, I upgraded to a real cold bath. I first bought sauna equipment, but the cold shower didn't use professional equipment, just some ice to keep the water cold. After going through many sauna and cold bath combinations, I decided to buy a professional ice bath machine, and in fact, the idea was very good, and I regret not buying it sooner. Now I have a sauna and ice bath machine in my yard, and I experience this feeling of fire and ice almost every day, and it makes me more awake and feel better.
